Our refund policy

Please choose carefully...
We do not normally give refunds if you:
• simply change your mind, or
• make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund, exchange
or credit where goods:
• are faulty
• have been wrongly described or
• are different from what was displayed on the site

The item must be returned to BeStylin.com within 14 days of the shipping date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. You may however, try it on for size. Upon inspecting the returned item, we will gladly credit your original method of payment.

Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered.

Returns on sale items are unavailable unless deemed faulty.

All items returned outside of the 14 day period will be accepted at the discression of BeStylin.com

If an incorrect size is chosen you may exchange the product for a different size.

In the case of exchanging an item, outward shipping will not be charged on your first exchange, but you must return the goods to us.  It is your responsibility that goods arrive at the return address safely.

In the instance where a different size is not available then you will receive a refund for the cost of the returned item or credit in the form of points within the website.

Credit will be applied at 350 points per item.

All items for exchange or credit must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. For returns of faulty goods please contact us via our contact form.  Once you have received your RMA please take care to follow the instructions emailed to you.
